1. CALL TO ORDER
   Jim Piché called the meeting to order at 2:20 p.m.

2. RECORDING OF MEMBERS PRESENT
   Jim Piché, Bill Irwin; Ed Rockburne; Lynda Smith; Larry Palmer; Doug Schoular; Chuck Parent; Steve Fahie; Judy Buehler
   Regrets: Len Johnston; Larry Gray; Arthur Etkin

3. BUSINESS ARISING
   Following the AGM, President Jim called for nominations to fill Executive positions:
   
   PRESIDENT: Jim Piché nominated by Larry Palmer; seconded by Judy. Won by acclamation.
   VICE PRESIDENT: Chuck Parent nominated by Judy; seconded by Ed. Won by acclamation.
   SECRETARY: Lynda Smith nominated by Jim; seconded by Ed. Won by acclamation.
   TREASURER: Doug Schoular nominated by Judy; seconded by Ed. Won by acclamation.
   MEMBERSHIP: Larry Palmer nominated by Chuck; seconded by Ed. Won by acclamation.
   NEWSLETTER: Judy Buehler nominated by Ed; seconded by Steve. Won by acclamation.
   WEBMASTER: Steve Fahie nominated by Ed; seconded by Doug. Won by acclamation.
   PSHCP: Ed Rockburne nominated by Chuck; seconded by Doug. Won by acclamation.
   
   Two items brought up from AGM: gentleman perturbed with agenda setup re: procedure which he felt was leading to the paramilitary (oath of allegiance; singing of O Canada); member who appreciated holding meeting in Perth, as large nucleus of members live in Perth/Smiths Falls area.
   
   Executive consensus was to continue with current agenda structure.
